The Scholarship

APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 1, 2024

Kyle’s most admirable characteristic was his work ethic. When he wasn’t in school, on the field, on the mountain, or on the mats, he was working in one of the family businesses or helping around the house. As early as middle school he showed signs of independence. He was the kid that walked around the neighborhood at age 13 to earn money mowing lawns or shoveling snow. He didn’t want to have to rely on his parents for spending money.

He took pride in being a great friend, encouraging others, giving advice, and making people laugh with his contagious smile. Coaches and teammates have said he rarely complained at practice and motivated others through his work ethic. He was caring and always willing and available to help a friend, family member, or teammate. These characteristics made up his legacy.

The Kyle Thibodeau Scholarship fund was created to help college-bound students get a head-start financially.  While Kyle will never be able to take this journey, we hope the students selected for this award can take a small piece of Kyle with them on theirs.

The Kyle Thibodeau Scholarship Fund is a recognized Tax Exempt 501(c)3 organization.
